"Free Foto File" provides a free photo hosting service useful for enhancing your eBay auctions, posting on message boards or blogs, and organizing and sharing photoalbums with family and friends. Each free hosting account receives 25 MB of picture storage and 300 MB of bandwidth/month to store jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp, and png files, with 200 KB maximum file size. Users can hotlink, resize, and rotate "fotos" hosted on their server. Get HTML and UBB code with the click of a button. Fully customizable photo albums can be shared with family and friends with the option of password-protection. Registration (free) is required, and you can optionally upgrade to a paid premium hosting account.

I gave it an 8 rating as its slow to go from one page to another, and I am even on cable. I also didn't like the format although let me stress its great for html coding and works on forums. Would I recomend it to my staff and members at my froums? I would have to say no. Thank you for offering this for us.
