"Image Cave" provides free imagehosting, with image manipulation tools such as image resizing, conversion, rotate, compression, thumbnail and photo album generation. Direct linking and remote loading are allowed, so you can directly link any of your photos, albums, thumbnails, or album lists on any website, such as eBay auction, Live Journal, Blogger.com, or anywhere you need to post pictures. Short URLs (usera.imagecave/you/). Signing up is required, and paid upgrades are available for more storage space and allowed bandwidth. It now features unlimited data transfer (unlimited bandwidth), 10 MB image storage. BMP, JPG, PNG, GIF support. Free accounts are limited to 250 KB GIF or 1 MB JPG image files. JPG images over 250 KB will be compressed, BMP images will be converted to JPG files, and larger images will be rejected.

Imagecave does not resize my photos like photobucket. This is important because I am in graphic arts and each image I download has a specific required size. It also gives me more storage space than I have seen in any other free imaging hosts. One of my favorite features of imagecave would be the multiple downloading tool. I am always downloading 10 images at once! Image cave allows me to easily access several different codes for each individual image as long as it is in my image album. I have used other image hosts which allow you to see the codes one time and they e-mail you the codes as well. I do not like this because this blocks up my mail space! You have a fast server for being so well organized and having awesome graphics! Overall I can not think of any problems I have had in imagecave.  Thanks so much for your site and time!

Where should I begin? It was about 3 years ago, and we used a webtv to register here. I have logged in about 2 or 3 hours PER DAY since then. I read html tutorial after html tutorial. It must have been so simple at the time I did not get it. I have a simple time with the ImageCave site now. I know a little html, and I have a place to put images. I do not think the service will let me down with image placements. The buttons and graphics placements in the pages is easy to use.

I think image cave is great. I have a lot of large images linked to my imagecave account, and I have never exceeded my bandwidth. I would recommend this to anyone who does web design or graphics and needs a place to store your backgrounds and animations files. I have had an imagecave account for about 6 months, and I do not think the site has ever been down, and when you are uploading/downloading images, it is super quick. The features are pretty good - and the site design is easy to use.
