"Image Cave" provides free imagehosting, with image manipulation tools such as image resizing, conversion, rotate, compression, thumbnail and photo album generation. Direct linking and remote loading are allowed, so you can directly link any of your photos, albums, thumbnails, or album lists on any website, such as eBay auction, Live Journal, Blogger.com, or anywhere you need to post pictures. Short URLs (usera.imagecave/you/). Signing up is required, and paid upgrades are available for more storage space and allowed bandwidth. It now features unlimited data transfer (unlimited bandwidth), 10 MB image storage. BMP, JPG, PNG, GIF support. Free accounts are limited to 250 KB GIF or 1 MB JPG image files. JPG images over 250 KB will be compressed, BMP images will be converted to JPG files, and larger images will be rejected.

I love Imagecave. I feel it is even better than Photobucket. It has a help status bar of the amount of storage used (unlike photobucket), and it has unlimited bandwidth. Further, I love the images not being resized when I do not want it to be!  It is spiffy. I do wish the storage space is bigger. Another thing I have trouble with is "ease" of use. It is easier for me to quickly go on photobucket and get things there than imagecave. I totally would and do recommend this site. It is my favorite one to help learning layout makers. However, I only use this site for my bigger images not allowed on photobucket. This way, I will not use all my storage space. I have not found any downtime while signing in (although, again, I do not use this site every single day). The server is a little slower than I wish, but it is still awesome. I have never used this support features, so I do not know if it is good.

I love imagecave. I think one good thing would be browsing pictures, but that is not the most needed thing. I love that it really does not reduce the size of your pictures.

Positives: the online images have BOTH thumbnails and titles. The server has been down only once (approx 12 hours?), and I have been using it for several months. Their servers are quite fast, and the web site is easy to navigate.
