"Image Cave" provides free imagehosting, with image manipulation tools such as image resizing, conversion, rotate, compression, thumbnail and photo album generation. Direct linking and remote loading are allowed, so you can directly link any of your photos, albums, thumbnails, or album lists on any website, such as eBay auction, Live Journal, Blogger.com, or anywhere you need to post pictures. Short URLs (usera.imagecave/you/). Signing up is required, and paid upgrades are available for more storage space and allowed bandwidth. It now features unlimited data transfer (unlimited bandwidth), 10 MB image storage. BMP, JPG, PNG, GIF support. Free accounts are limited to 250 KB GIF or 1 MB JPG image files. JPG images over 250 KB will be compressed, BMP images will be converted to JPG files, and larger images will be rejected.

I love this free image hoster. I have used over 15 other free image hosters, looking for the right one. Image cave is the only one I found with all the features I need. I run a lyaout site, and so I need a free imagehoster with a bandwith large enough to handle all sorts of visitors from all over. Image cave has 1,024.00 MB of monthly data transfer that I can use - far more than I need. It is very reassuring to know that others who use my layouts, and rely on them for their own sites, will not be let down. I also have 10 MB of storage space, which is more than I have seen in many other free image hosts. One of the greatest features is there is no re-sizing when I send in my images! I have images bigger than wallpaper size that imagecave allows. Best of all, I have all these features for free! For all of this memory space that one username allows me, there is no need to upgrade to a premuim account.

It is a good image hosting website because it does not resize your picture to a very small size. But it will be better to enlarge the total size of storage space.

Imagecave has been great so far until my images suddenly got taken down because of exceeded bandwidth. I did not get any notification of this prior to it being taken down, which is a real problem. Also I tried to upgrade with Paypal since I do not have a creditcard but still it asked for a creditcard, which also is not very usefull. I hope this will be fixed soon, as it is a huge dissapointment.

Most reliable hosting service I have used, excellent server speed, and easy to use. I use the free hosting services, and it is great. I highly recommend Imagecave.

ImageCave is free, has a nice, clean layout, and is the best free image host web site in my opinion.
