I have used image shack for about 6 months now, and I use it for ALL my image hosting needs. Whether I want to put up pictures on my website, or pop a thumbnail in a forum, or wherever else I might need to give someone a link to a picture. (It's been a life-saver when I've needed a little computer help, since I can take a screenshot of the problem, host it in a few seconds, and show exactly what's wrong on my computer, then delete it a few seconds later).
Uploading is fast, and they immediatly show your thumbnail and give you easy to copy and paste links for your different purposes. It's so easy to do, and anyone can do it. If you sign up for the free registration, all your images are kept together so you can save them for multiple uses, browse through them or delete them. I like that you don't have to keep them in "photo albums" like some sites, and that when I give the direct link to a friend, they just see my image, no ads or popups.
I'm not sure about any support, but I know that I've never needed any help using the site, it's so simple, and I've never had any problems.
One of my other big reasons to use Image shack is their generous 1024kb file size limit. I can upload an image without any worry about it being too big. Highly recommended!
