Image Reactor (Img Reactor .com) will freely host jpg, png, and gif images, and provides thumbnails for all hosted images, as well as BBCode and HTML code for directlinking (hotlinking). They have an optional registration system that allows users to view their previously uploaded images and get the code for them, have a picture gallery listing with thumbnails, or delete pics. Maximum filesize 1024kb (1MB). You can hotlink your uploaded images on any website, such as hosting pictures free for eBay auctions, or sharing pictures from your digital cameras. Web hosting is provided on dedicated Linux servers.

This site seemed like it would be great when I signed up. The interface is nice and easy to use. But I've grown quite annoyed of this site after I realized it has about a 20% uptime. I ran an eBay auction using this site and my images loaded on very rare occasions. It's obvious that the site is down when the images don't load because the site doesn't come up when you try to go to it. I would highly NOT recommend this terrible site. They need to get their act together and get better servers.
I would recommend www.photobucket.com, www.photodump.com, http://xs.to (the image needs to get at least 1 hit a month to stay on the site, so this site would probably only be good for using with auctions) and www.tinypic.com
