"My Share File" is a free file hosting and file sharing service to share your audio, video, document, photos or other file types. 150 MB size limit. Files will be deleted after 30 days of inactivity. When uploading files, you can provide file description and optional recipient emails. The provided download link after uploading goes to a webpage with a 20-second delay counter (and ads, of course) and the real download location. Make sure you copy the download URL, because it cannot be displayed again. Has a DMCA policy for getting copyrighted works removed from their server.

The fileserver has a very fast upload and download rate. I got one captcha that would not validate (on the file upload form), but refreshing the web page gives you a new one. The download link is somewhat obscurred by the ads, but not real hard to find.
