Picserver is the best image host that I've found so far. They are very rarely down, and when they are, it's for a very short amount of time. Picserver allows 150 uploaded images, and 15mb of space for those images. They do a great job, and I highly recommend them!

Well, after I signed up, I didn't directly get an e-mail, I had to wait a day or two. When I did get the e-mail I tried to log in, so I clicked on the link in my mail and tried to log in. So I copied my Username and I copied my password but I couldn't log in. So I tried to just type, still nothing. And then I asked for a new Password, maybe that would solve the problem, so I did. And it said my email address wasn't registered :S
