Positive = user friendly, free, no hidden costs etc.
Negative = not completely finished...
I would recommend this host
I have been using it for a couple of months
Not seen any downtime at all

It was quick on uploading and getting processing my account information.....but it lags a lot when trying to actually view your pictures. I'm on a fast connection, so I should have that problem...but it took me literally just about 5 mins and the picture still wasn't loaded. NOT GOOD SERVICE!
