Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

Image shack is almost perfect. The only thing I would like is if I could see where images are hosted on the web. You know to see who is stealing. If that were possible I would totally worship the creator.

Pros: unmetered bandwith
1 mb limit
they provide urls to a "preview" and "thumbnail" mode
Cons: no way to organize all of your images
for swf's, they only allow it in "preview" mode
i noticed a little bit of downtime on certain images at a time

I Hotlink my picture in a Forum post i get to see them and after ten minutes the pictures dont show anymore and display red X ... I WANT A DECENT PIC PROVIDER WITH NO TRANSFER LIMIT, FOR FREE AND HOT LINKING ALLOWED ... does this even exist?
