Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

This site's forum allows a few abusive members to attack anyone and when that member answers back to their attacks they are banned. This constitutes censorship at its worst. A new member posts valid information but it is allowed to be twisted and attacked by Mokious, BSV, teRRor [the moderators] and others who just hang out trying to prove their psuedo-intelligence and when they meet their match they cry to an administrator and have that member banned so they may continue their attacks on other members who have their hands tied to defend themselves. I will make sure I announce this everywhere I go.

The best free imagehosting on the web. I would reccomend it to anyone and it is definetly worth donating money to. Keep up the extraordinary work.

It's a useful free hosting site. the biggest downfall is the annoying log in system with the email.
