Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

I've only been using this host for a couple of days now. It's fairly easy and quick to use, though I've realised that images don't show up in hotlinking or links, and you have to keep clicking on it repeatedly to view the image. Not good and very unreliable. What's the point of hosting images if people can't see them? Poor.

This service is a very good picture hosting service.
Free no registering much options and they are never down.. there are the most times very fast, sometimes they are extremley slow. I Say this :-D Keep it up.
