Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

Host Limitations - Must have web compatible images, no other limitations.
Host Positive and Negative Aspects - FREE, extremely useful, very fast, never have I seen downtime, negative: see host limitations.
Recommended - 7 Thumbs Up
I've used this image host for about a month and plan on using it for a LONG time.
This host has been extremely reliable. No downtime. Ever.
Very, very fast host.
Get to keep your images... not much support.
