Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

Image Shack is a quite good image hoster. But I would appreciate a.co.uk domain so every English visitor feels home here like the Americans.

This is the best image host i've ever seen! They've got 1 MB storage, image is only deleted 1 year after it's last been accesed, takes many image formats. It's ALWAYS up and fast! I've got over 200 pics stored here, totalling around 70 MB. It simply rules!

Just a great service. i have started using the paid service and found it even better. It is well worth the extra money, but the free service is also great and i cannot find any other image host giving this level of service.

All the images ive uploaded always appear and they load quickly. Very reliable. Good features. I recommend it. The only improvement i would like is increased file size. I cant really host webpage backrounds here unless i find smaller ones, but they stretch or tile on high resolutions. But for everything else this free hosting website rocks.
