It can also be used to direct link images from your personal website or eBay auction. No signup required. Powered by highly reliable Linux dedicated server network. Limitations: File size limit 1.5 MB; File types allowed: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tif, tiff, swf (Flash). Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

Great image hosting. Fast, free, and provides many codes for forums, emails, websites, etc. This is by far the best free image host I've ever seen, and it's better than some paid ones, too!

Limit should be set to 3 MB, better 4 MB.
Positive:
- reliable servers, chance for direct linking to forums, reliable even at heavy download traffic.
- hosting without registration
- picture rating on every site
- not too much ads on the site
Yes, I already recommended the service.
Using since summer 2004.
Relialbe for approx. 95%, downtime less than 5%.
Host is not as fast as lightspeed but it's ok.

Just the best free host ever, instant uploads and ready to use on forums; i would definately recommend image shack.
