Limitations: File size limit 1.5 MB; File types allowed: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tif, tiff, swf (Flash). Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

imageshack is great.
PROS: it's fast. it doesn't shrink images like photobucket. it doesn't put their site on the bottom of the image like mypicgallery. you don't have to sign up. you don't have to put in your email address. your sn for that particular site, and other junk.
CONS: the only thing that's keeping this site from being the best image hosting site ever is that it doesn't allow BMP. if it had BMP i would be 100% crazy and come to this site all the time.
i would defenitely recommend this site to others. :]
