Limitations: File size limit 1.5 MB; File types allowed: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tif, tiff, swf (Flash). Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

This is the best image hosting avalible. I love everything about it. It's great for forums because you post the picture and then you don't really need to keep getting the URL, like Photobucket lets you do. Best of all, there's no limit to the number of pictures you can upload, so you don't have to worry about filling up all of your alotted space. Excellent idea, and even better service.
