Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

The best site for hosting! It's easy, free, and fast. It's great! AND...you can upload as many pics as you want. I would recommend this to people who want a few pics to upload w/o having to pay.

This site rocks! I recommend this to all my friend who need a fast, easy to use, sturdy site for their uploading~ I've been using this site for about 5 months, and is very fast for me! Best image hosting site on the net, IMO, even against many pay-to-use sites.
