Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

It's really the best... awesome, when I first found it I couldn't believe that such a great service was being offered publicly for free. And they even state loud that it's gonna stay free! Gorgeous!
