Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

Quite simply the best image hosting I've ever found. It's fast and easy and it doesn't mess with your pictures. You don't have to register or even login if you don't feel like it. If you want to keep track of your images so you can find them later or delete them, all you need is an email address to register. When I first found this site, I was sure it was too good to be true. It never deletes your images unless no one's looked at them for a YEAR, direct/hot linking is allowed, no bandwidth worries, images up to 1024kb hosted, no popups or spam -- GREAT GREAT SITE!
