Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

A database by ID from uploaders. Very cool to "serch" previus image uploaded and rise not the same image two times. Anyway I think this is the best images host!

Superfast, never down, never any problems. Amazing amount of bandwith. Its crazy. Amazing amount of space. Thats crazy too. Sure you can't upload multiple images at once, but if you have an FTP client or aren't lazy, its a sinch! Imageshack is DEFINETLY the best host I've encountered in 10 years of roaming the web.

ImageShack is a wonderful tool for use in storing images for use in bulletinboards and such, ebay and all kinds of site where you need a temporary or semi permanent location to store and dont want to use your server bandwidth.

The site is really confusing when you're attempting to get your images from a computer other than the one you're usually on. I cant seem to locate my album or an area to sign in for it.
