Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

I've used this service for quite sometime now, and I find that only this upload site have the best services around! No login required. the file size limit is good. Image Shack rocks! I will recommend this free host to everyone I know!

The site is excellent - it allows for easy uploading of pcitures for auctions, sites, etc. -without signing up or anything. It's free and quick.

This is by far the greatest hosting i have ever used.

I'm very pleased with finding this image hosting site. First place I could find that allowed uploads of more than 500KB. Although I dont know what "they" get out of all this! Cheers anyway.
