Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

It's okay, I just wish they would keep track of the pictures you've uploaded without registering! I lost one of my best graphics, and that was the only one. But other than that, 2 thumbs up for Imageshack!
