Limitations: File size limit 1.5 MB; File types allowed: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tif, tiff, swf (Flash). Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

No bandwidth limit is all I need. Individual file size limit doesn't matter, as long as I can upload wallpaper sized files. Best host I know of.

ImageShack is an awesome image hosting service! It's quick and reliable. They also have scripts that let you click the SEARCH button in your browser and upload an image from the page you're on!
