Their FAQ states that the freely hosted images will not be deleted from their hosting servers unless the image files violate their Terms of Service (TOS).

Excellent service, always up, always there when I need it. Images are uploaded in an instant and are displayed instantly. It even takes out the hassle of using [img] tags by parsing everything for you.
